Solution to fix the PROPLSWW.CAB problem

This is a problem which occur once in a while when trying to install Office 2007.   There seems to be two solutions with different results. The first solution consist of deleting a registry keys 11.0 and/or 12.0 under HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Office.  Didn’t work in my case. The second way consist of NOT INSTALLING ACCESS at all the first time since it’s the problem source.  It installed like a charm. Add Access manually afterward.  This one went well like « melting butter in a pan ». Cheers!
